Does Icargo4U charge GST on their services?

Icargo4U does not charge GST on its services. Services by GTA (Good Transport Agency) by way of transportation of goods are exempted under GST, if services are provided to an unregistered person. If services are provided to a registered person then the customer needs to pay GST under the RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism). If you are a registered person under GST then please work with your tax professional on RCM. We can help you with the information that your tax professional will need.

Does Icargo4U issue an E-Way bill?

We do not issue E-Way bills. If the invoice value of goods is more than Rs 50,000 then e-way bill is mandatory for inter-state movement (movement to other states). For such deliveries, please provide a copy of valid E-way bill to our driver partners. If consignment value is less than or equal to Rs 50,000 please provide the partner driver with the copy of invoice, bill of supply or delivery challan.

What will be the rate of GST?

The current rate is 5% of invoice/consignment value. GST rates may change over time. Please consult with your tax professional for further details.

Can the drop location be changed?

Sorry, we do not allow locations to be changed after you have booked and OTP is entered. This is due to various calculations that need to be done so that you can get the minimal price and pricing remains transparent.

Are my goods secure?

All our partners go through a background verification process. Also, you can use our tracking system to track your goods live while they are being transported.

What are the documents that need to be given to driver partners along with the goods being transported?

The customer should always give the invoice / bill of supply / delivery challan / bill of entry or any other documents as required under GST law and rules. It is the responsibility of the customer to hand over these documents to the driver partners of Icargo4U to ensure a smooth experience.

Can I place a booking in advance?

Yes. Icargo4U provides two services - X-press and schedule for later date and time (after 24 hours or later). Please log into our app and go to your home page to select the option that works for you.

Do you serve 24X7 or is there any time limit?

Yes, we run both services around the clock.

Who pays the toll and parking charges?

Toll Charges:
These are included in your trip fare. Please note that if a toll falls in your one way trip, then you will be charged a partial return toll as the driver partner needs to pay the same when he is returning from your drop location.

Parking & Other Charges:
The customer needs to pay these charges over and above the fare amount. These charges need to be paid to our driver partner.

In what circumstances can the trip fare change?

The trip fare can change due to following:
● If the Pick up and drop of addresses are not within 200 meters of actual addresses and driver needs to drive extra for right locations.
● If the Loading and unloading time exceeds already included durations while booking the truck.
● If there are multiple stops in the trip.
● If the payment is delayed by you after unloading of goods.
● If you are particular about the route that needs to be taken by the driver and if that route is different from our recommendation to the driver.
● Other unforeseen issues.
